I always have a difficult time getting any assistance from this location. The first time I called i waited for a good 5-8 minutes only to be hung up on. I finally got a hold of a receptionist after the second call and they said they'd transfer me, which they did but they transferred me to someones voicemail. Why transfer me if that person isn't even there! I understand that they may be busy and all, but please be more efficient in answering phone lines, transferring calls to people who are there to assist, and answering questions. I applied online for medical assistance so that i wouldn't have to go in because I know how crazy busy it can get in there, but having waiting over two weeks on a pending status application, it gets very frustrating when I was hoping to be productive by doing it online instead of meeting with someone who can take their time to assist other people who actually need help.

Stopped in to speak with someone, the receptionist called them & told them I was in the lobby & that I needed to se them. They told the receptionist that they would be right up & to have me take a seat. I was over 30mins before asking the receptionist how much longer before I was helped, to only be informed that the person I was waiting for had forgotten about me and had left.

I was treated with kindness and respect during my visit here. Not at all how I expected to be treated.
