No VRI (Video Relay Interpreters) no Deaf-ASL.. it try kick me out and I cannot speak English. I have a problems SSA! They refused help me because only I am frustrated wirte down paper with no speaker

I love the professional mannerisms you have. Handwritten letters with no stamps or signatures, let's do away with today's ever slowing technology. Not to mention if you've got the same last name as someone else you'll be getting their hand written letters as well! It's so wonderful to know that for the past 2 years you have let my family use medical services that we CAN apparently afford (fantastic news for us!) And we are so grateful that we are going to pay you back every cent we 'needed'...

This is very unfortunate to say but unfortunately I have witnessed firsthand the incompetence of the Wilkes County Social Service Department.
