Needed carpet cleaned and water extracted due to some flooding from Hurricane Irma. Called and they were able to come the next day! Friendly owner did an outstanding job. Removed water and smell and made carpets look great. Fast and efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I've used this company since I've been in Florida and they do a super job. I wouldn't use anyone else and they are very reasonable. Reggie's a great guy and I always ask for him.

Oh, my. The ballad of my journey with Carpet Systems Plus... I had high hopes, but I can't actually put into words how angry and disappointed I am. On November 16th, I called them and asked about dropping off a 4x6 wool area rug that needed cleaning. Full disclosure: This poor thing had spent a fair amount of time on a covered porch, and it was filthy. I assumed that 1. the level of filth on this rug wouldn't be a problem and 2. I would have no problem dropping it off or picking it up. I was wrong! Oh, boy, was I wrong. I was told I could drop the rug off at 2pm; when we arrived, we couldn't drop it off - there was no one in the office. I called again and was told 2.30pm, because she meant "2-ish," not 2pm. However, there was no one in the office at 2.30pm. Or at 4pm. This should have been a warning sign, but I persisted, determined to have a clean rug. Finally, they waived the fee for pick-up, and I managed to hand my rug over to someone later in the evening. And then? Silence. I had told them I was in no hurry to get the rug back, and I did mean it; I didn't expect them to have it clean the day before Thanksgiving. However, after three weeks, I hadn't heard back, and when I called them on December 11th, I learned that my carpet had been clean for quite a while, but no one had thought to call me about it. I was told during that call that I would be called back. You can guess by the tone of this review that no, I was not called back. I called three times after that, and each time, I was told I would be called back. No one actually called me back until today, January 4th, after I went to the length of firmly telling the person I spoke to that I had been repeatedly assured I would receive a call and hadn't. So, okay, pretty frustrated by this point. I'll admit. And you know what? I would have not left this review if my rug had been clean when it was returned to me. I would have let bygones be bygones, because I had a clean rug, and they did drop it off for free. Did I have a clean rug, though? Nope! Look at the photos. This is not a clean rug. This is a rug that had been, maybe, lightly vacuumed once or twice. I am horrified and disgusted that I paid to have my rug held for almost two months, only to have it returned in worse condition than I handed it over in. The tassles are now not only dingy, they are slightly dyed greenish, and the tape they used ripped some of the yarn off. The spot on the back is no lighter. The tags are now stained. Some of this damage was there before - again, the rug had been on a covered porch, and there was some water damage - but there's new damage on top of the old. The photos of the canisters are my first and second rounds at it with my own vacuum. This is unacceptable. This was returned to me as "clean." Luckily, the top surface of the rug hasn't been damaged. If I can get a refund and then find someone to actually, you know, clean it, it will be a beautiful rug - it's an antique, 100% wool, and I was hoping to have it returned to something like its former glory before space required me to store it improperly. Maybe Carpet Systems Plus does a decent job with wall-to-wall carpeting; but if you're looking to have an area rug cleaned, do yourself a favor and skip them. ETA: This morning, I rolled the carpet up and discovered a pile of sand and scattered glitter. There was no glitter in the carpet when I handed it over - somehow, they made my rug dirtier.

I had Carpet Systems come out to clean my carpets. Their team was very friendly and fast. The best part is that once they left our carpets felt like new again. If your looking for a carpet cleaning service, look no further!

Cannot say enough great things about this business and the owner, Reggie Keith, who takes personal prided in his work/service. I have always been hesitant to pay for professional services (rented carpet cleaners, and even spent tens of hours hand scrubbing tile and grout with a wire brush. In all of my hours spent, I never imagined how much better CSP could make things look (and not only did a much better job, but did so efficiently and very competitively priced. Highly recommend them for move out's, seasonal cleaning, or prior to renting/listing a home/business. On time, professional, trust worthy, and phenomenal results!
