Bill Webster came with his son and cleaned my carpet. They both were very polite and respectful. Didn't try to up sell their services and did a great job! Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

They were able to clean my carpets within a few days. The price was very reasonable for the 3 rooms. Called to let me know they were on their way and arrived at the scheduled appointment time. Got the job done quickly and the carpets look great. Would definitely use them again.

Bill was kind enough to fit us in just in time for my daughter's graduation as I didn't call til the last minute. Normally I do my own carpets. However with company coming into town I wanted to have them done professionally. Rather then doing them myself I will definitely be calling Bill again as he did a great job .

He was going to schedule me a few days out. I tried for sooner to which he obliged. Therefore, I increased the job from two to three rooms as well as including the additional protector. He charged me precisely what is shown on the website. He called me a half hour prior to arrival. I am very satisfied with the job. They were courteous & professional.
