Scare and upsell. Thats going to be your experience. They quoted me 275 for a single family home. Final bill was 870. This was a rental home. Technician scared the tenant and upsold many more services than needed. He never informed me, the owner about the issue. I was held hostage with the tenant on the other side. I ended up spending 870+ dollars for a service which was offered at 270 or so. Tenant continued to pester me / abuse me based on the information the technician provided. He did not inform them that the issues are fixed. In essence, he did a good job scaring / sharing photos with the tenant. I ended up paying. I called and tried to talk to a manager. No one called back. I had to follow up twice to get the detailed bill that they charged for. Very expensive. Think 100 times before using their service

Great Experience- I had use Sears a few years ago for my dryer duct work and they did a great job. They even went on the roof and cleaned the duct from both ends and unclogged the roof vent. Recently I ended up using a local company (to save a few bucks) and they would not go on the roof and instead cleaned the dryer vent in the house. Needless to say, the Maytag dryer we have was still indicating poor airflow and the company refused to go on the roof and clean the dryer vent. My credit card was still charged, and they left knowing the poor air flow could be a fire hazard. They even told me that I needed to go on the roof and unclogged the vent myself????? What the heck, isn't that what I paid for??? Of course I called Sears and out they came, perform the cleaning inside and on the rood and once again I had great air flow going to the Dryer. Dan was great, very friendly, personable and answered all questions. I will never use another company again!
