Excellent cleaning service. Probably the best cleaning service in Jacksonville. This company is top notch, way ahead of other cleaning services I've used in the past. Both services, house and carpet cleaning, were delivered as promised. Will definitely use again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much.

I hired them to clean a large tile and grout downstairs. The gentleman was very nice and told me the grout was stained and could not be cleaned. I was charged $350 for this and spent 2 days on my hands and knees scrubbing the grout. It is NOW clean and it was not stained! I was automatically charged and now they will not return my phone calls. DO NOT HIRE. Save your money.

Will never use again! I specifically stated what I needed done and the "cleaners" felt they "needed" more time to dust my blinds when I did not need all that. I stated what i needed done and that should have been met in a 2 hour time frame but they want to add time to get what they "felt" needed to be done. Scan artist in my opinion. Although my husband authorized the extra time, I specifically stated to the person I made the appt with I wanted an hour no more than 1 hr and a half at max but I feel like these cleaners conned my husband because he don't know nothing about cleaning. I will never use them and i will warn all my military co workers and friends to not use them. Nothing seems to be guaranteed and I dont like that one bit. Be upfront and be real with me. Especially when you have my debit card ready to swipe.

I was amazed at the service I received for Jessie's. I needed same day service and they were able to oblige. The offer move out cleaning at a great price. The housekeepers were super nice and respective. They exceeded my expectations and I am happy to refer them to anyone needing services in Jax.

Very convenient to have multiple services under one company. Each service (house and carpet cleaning, pressure washing) was performed to our satisfaction. We recommend this company looking to anyone searching for home services.
