Tinney Rug Cleaners

The gentleman at the counter has the personality of a rattlesnake and the prices are on the high side but I'm happy with the results

I have had Tinney clean two of my smaller rugs. One was particularly dirty and worn looking. The other newer. Both came out really spectacularly. The colors sparkle. I am having them pick up a larger rug next. Price is very reasonable and great customer service.

I brought a 3x5 silk/wool stained from water. Unfortunately the stains remained. The only suggestion for Tinney is to look at the item and give an opinion prior PLUS don't roll it up and put in the car for the customer bummed out once they unroll it at home. It's ok just be upfront. My gut told me as I drove away it was a no go which kind of leaves me without being able to recommend personally. I won't ding them on the star rating and hope the criticism will be taken to be helpful.
