Carson Dining Hall

Food is very hit or miss. There are some delicious sounding foods that they advertise, but when you actually serve yourself the food, you kind of see how eh it really is. For example, they were serving Indian food. The chicken was not terrible, but felt like they got cheap discount grocery chicken and added some americanized sauce to it. Fridays are dope though since they have chicken tenders and curly fries with grilled cheese. Also, you can be healthy here if you really want to. Finally, for students its a great place! I remember being in a dorm with meal points and being able to save a lot of points by eating here constantly. Other than that, most days the $8-11 (forgot how much pretty sure its $10) isn't really worth it.

As a student, I love having a dining option that changes. All the dining venues on campus are good, but dining here is the closest thing to a home cooked meal. It is also open to the public, so if you're interested in trying and you're not a student you can. The menu is on the university housing website.

Carson used to have very good foods, but this year it really disappointed me because seems like the foods are not really as great as usual. The managers are getting LAZY to came up new meals and what we have right now are just foods that taste like wax and gargbage.
