Unfortunately I have seen this place go down hill since it opened. Not clean. Employees that could care less about how they act. Employees handling money then actually touching food without washing hands... I could go on.

This cafe is confusing, poorly designed, and hostile to people with children. If you plan to go to OMSI, skip this logistical nightmare of crappy food, bad layout, and substandard service. Pack a lunch, you'll thank me.

Someone clean the seating are please. Good looking food, but filthy filthy seating and disorganized ordering process.

Waited half an hour for a salad that had bread too hard to eat, rubber for cheese and so much vinaigrette it tasted like pure vinegar. Also a "grilled cheese sandwich" that was barely melted on the corner and otherwise a lukewarm sandwich with solid cheese slices layered in between. The rest of our family seemed to enjoy the mac & cheese and their pizza. We realized after that we were also charged full price despite my husband showing our membership card. They don't give you a receipt, so not like that's something we could get fixed either. Not overly impressed. Giving 2 stars since they managed not to mess up all of the meals. For my daughter and I alone, it would be 1 star.
