This is the second time i purchased my car from this dealer. I was very satisfied with their cars and services. Especially, Mike was very helpful. I strongly suggest this place if you are buying a used car.

I bought an audi a4 about a month ago, all was good for about a day and then the codes started showing up. And now right after I made the first payment the transmission has total failure. We really enjoyed our buying experience, they were very nice and really seemed to want to get us in that car. My hopes now are that they will work with us to find a solution to this issue. UPDATE: Tony at caspian already called to arrange pick up and repair of the car. Glad to see their customer service continue the good experience that the buying process started!

Recently bought a car from here, isn’t perfect but it’s a used car. Seems like they have decent cars but the salesman I dealt with just wasn’t very professional, became argumentative when negotiating almost like he was offended. Also was answering calls and having conversations in the middle of meeting with me. I understand they need to do other business but there’s a certain degree of professionalism expected. All in all would buy from them again but would dread going through the process.

My family and I had a great experience. If you go make sure to ask for Ike he’s the BEST!! Great service and he gave us an awesome deal. Will come back again!
