***SCAMMERS*** Buyer beware!! I've had to shell out $1,000 in parts and repairs that were became apparent less than a week after purchasing our 2008 Honda Odyssey on 28 APR 2018. 5 days after the AC stopped working and we realized during the MD inspection that the battery wasn't tied down. The next day the battery died and needed to be replaced. It was then we noticed that on top of not being securely attached to the battery tray, there was a screw drilled into one of the terminals. Clearly they knew there was something wrong with the battery.
Here's where things get interesting. The van was sold with a recent VA safety inspection good until SEP 2018. However, section 19VAC30-70-90 (pg. 40) of the VA State Police Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection Manual says that the van shouldn't have passed inspection without being "securely attached to a fix part" of the van. I therefore suspect fraud and have reported them to the VA auto dealer board.
Of course the owner, MIKHAIL BRASLAVSKIY (aka Michael), refused to make ANY concessions when I reached out to him....claiming that since the vehicle was 10 years old and sold AS-IS, it was too much to expect a vehicle with a working battery or AC....or even a vehicle that legitimately passed the VA safety inspection. When I asked him how new a vehicle he sells has to be for his customer to be viewed as nothing more than suckers, he stopped responding.
I wished I had done more research into these scammers prior to purchase because I would've found their SEP 2014 customer who also claimed that the condition of the breaks meant their VA safety inspection also had to have been fraudulent. I also might have found the FEB 2015 actions taken against them by the VA motor vehicle dealer board (see their Jun 2015 newsletter) which included a $4,500 fine.
I can only hope that my complaint of their repeat offense (inspection fraud) finally leads them to loose their license for good. These folks are ripping families off of hard-earned money and giving all other used-car dealers a bad image.

Went by the other day to check out a white VW bug...I had it checked out at the Goodyear nearby and wow. Wood screws were used on the door panels, there's an indeterminate oil leak, a break light is out of place and doesn't work, all the wheels are different with a lug nut missing out of each one, the valve cover gasket was leaking...yikes! If you want to buy a car from here, get it checked out first! The men working here (Danny was a name + card I got) suggested I just buy it since it was such a low price. Lmao nah
EDIT: The manager called me not long after leaving this review. Couldn't make out the accent besides "I saw you just left me a bad review..." Wow...the nerve. Don't call me again dude.

At first I was a bit sketched out by this place due to the reviews, however I’m glad I gave this place a shoot. Micheal helped me by finding a Lexus that I requested and it’s been great so far as I’ve had it for about a year and a half now without any issues.
Would definitely recommend.
