Select Auto Imports

This was quite different from other car purchasing experiences. There was a valet and our OUTSTANDING salesperson, Naser, met us at the front gate. There was first class, VIP treatment for the entire experience. After much online research Select Auto Imports had the best deal. As such, there was no need to haggle. I highly recommend checking these guys out. We drove all the way from Baltimore and it was worth the trip!

Just spent almost 3,000 dollars on car repairs and asked that an inspection be done to determine if there were any other repairs needed. My car was returned to me still giving the same error messages the car was taken in for. I was advised my adblue light was still on because they only filled up some of the tank and not all. It would be good customer service to tell the customer we have added this to your car as a courtesy however you still will need more. At least then you have a choice to go ahead and add more while the car is there vs needing to make another trip to the shop. Additionally, at no point was I having issues with my steering wheel within 2 days of having the car repaired I am now unable to turn my steering wheel making it unsafe for me to drive. Will not be back and will no longer refer people to this location. There is a better way to handle things when dealing with customers. I expect luxury service when purchasing and repairing my car at a so called luxury place. I received better thorough service at jiffy lube.

Very professional and efficient experience. Naser and Johnnie were excellent and Terri in finance made the car purchase go through as smoothly as I have ever experienced. I will not buy new again, as there is no place to buy luxury like new at a fraction of the cost of new. Thank you for the great car buying experience.

I purchased a BMW 750Li from Select Auto Imports. Despite me taking 6 months to finally pull the trigger, they never once pressured me nor inundated me with emails and phone calls. The total experience was refreshing and easy. I give 5 stars without reservation.
