Me and the wife were very pleased with the performance given by Jeffrey Lopez. True to be, we were not looking to make a purchase the day we came in. Jeffrey made us feel as tho this was a deal we couldn’t refuse. The price of the car was also impressive. We have never been so happy with a car buying experience. Very happy with the purchase of our new car!! Will of course be recommending Jeffrey in the near future.

Been best dealership have dealt with. The sale person I had Craig Dewey helped get approval and everything for car I wanted over phone to help save time with my work schedule and has contacted me after sale making sure everything is good. Where most sale people think their job is done soon as you drive of the lot its as if they treat it as if they sold the car so still their job to make sure you are OK and having no problems which make you feel respected as a customer even more. Would recommend to anyone looking in to buying a car to at least check them out you will be satisfied by the service. You will be happy you choose them as a dealership for your purchase

Jeffrey Lopez took care of us and we had the MOST AMAZING experience here! My boyfriend and I have been trying to get a car for months, and have had no luck due to being young and first-time buyers. The people here made us feel like we were family, and we felt like we've known Jeffrey forever. We even said we would take a break from looking for cars if we didn't have success here. Not only did we get the exact car we wanted, but we got a phenomenal price and amazing customer service. It didn't feel like we were dealing with "car salesmen" at all. Definitely coming back in a couple weeks to get another one!!!!

Generally, i can say the staff at Eastern Motors Sterling are excellent in what they do. I give them an “A” in overall rating. I just want to mention one particular agent who took care of me, JEFF. He is a very patient guy, can really sell his product. He followed up on me and made sure that i am buying a car which i really want and which i am satisfief with. Unfortunately, i was not able to get a car from them. I want to thank Kevin, Jeff’s manager and the General Manager. Thank you so much guys for accommodating me.

One of the best car buying experience I have ever had! I went in late evening and was greeted by Ali. Ali first introduced me to his manager Tony after he brought us to his desk and got to know me and what I was looking in a car. He took the time to understand what I wanted and was looking in a car. After he took some information he brought me to the lot to look at some cars. There was not much in the lot but the Honda Accord I was looking for was sitting there. Ali brought the car inside, since it was dark out. We looked at the car and I was Indecisive but Ali took the time to review the car information as well as show other cars that I was interest in on their website. I was not rushed by Ali and Tony to make the decision. After looking at my options I went for the Honda I saw. Paper work process was quick and getting the car was so easy that I couldn't believe I was driving the car the same day. I highly recommend purchasing a car from here and working with Ali! Keep up the great work guys!
