Merlex Auto Group

I have been going various Mercedes Dealership for a 2015 S550, I stumbled across Merlex Auto Group cause they had such an intriguing price! Called them and Zack set us an appointment the next day, we came and they had a amazing inventory and many to choose from. Zack knew exactly what I wanted, knew what package and colorway I wanted. Finally after many trips to other dealers, thank goodness I found Merlex Auto Group and Zack!! They made us feel at home from the start! Will definitely becoming here to Merlex for future purchases, THANKS GUYS

We bought our Lexus RC350 from Merlex on 5/10 and the car buying process was the fastest I've ever experienced. We test drove 2 cars and solidified our paperwork in less then 1.5 hours! Came back the next day at 7pm with a cashiers check and drove our car off the lot in less than half an hour. The staff and their team work definitely shines! Everyone was friendly. Matt and Mike did an excellent job hustling and bustling. These two managed to move out cars left and right just so we can test drive them. Mr. Walter and Bola, the managers were cordial and even cleaned our new baby up and filled up our tank before we left! Frank processed our paperwork and made info. exchange very simple. Thanks for not making this process overwhelming and I would definitely look into Merlex again when considering our next car!

This was the absolute BEST auto buying experience I have ever had. Even with my challenging credit situation, Walter was able to crunch the numbers to make my dream a reality. Mike was such a professional and extremely patient with me. He answered all of my questions and never once pushed me for money or to make a purchase. I got the car I came for and Big Mo even bought me lunch while I waited. I can't say enough about this dealer. I would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!!

I'm so happy I bought my very first car from here! My sales rep was Matt and he did a heck of a job getting me a great deal with the car I wanted! The people and customer service here is AMAZING! Walter was a great guy too, super helpful! Overall I am pleased with Merlex Auto group, 10/10 experience. And now thanks to them I have my high end car with low miles that my friends are extremely jealous of lol ;) Thanks again guys!!

At first I was a bit skeptical based on some misleading reviews, but I went ahead and made my appointment to view a Lexus iS 350. The sales guy Matt was very accommodating to my schedule and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to make the process much easier for the both of us. Immediately I fell in love with the car and proceeded to go into the finance process with Walter. He really made sure I understood everything and helped me view my options with the best rates for me. Everyone at Merlex was so accommodating they bought me and my family food while we waited and courtesy of Mr.Walter my tank was filled up! A month later and my car is in perfect condition, no surprises! Really recommend this dealership! Will be returning for sure!
