*Update since i saw your response.
Yes it passed VA inspections.
And like i said in my review you installed my lift for the inconvenience.
But you didnt fix the leak... i even called back and talked to your salesman. I waited for a call back.
Nothing.
The front axle is shot from the crash.
It leaks from the differential in front, back, and by the wheels some how.
Yall have my number and i called several times.
Run away.
This is exactly the place you think of when it comes to shady dealers. As soon as i picked up the jeep it put off a code. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Went there several times before it was fixed. So the jeep just sat on my garage and leaked differential fluid. I pointed this out for them to fix the leak prior to them replacing the cat. They fixed the cat and instlalled my lift but did not fix the leak and did not tell me. I get home thinking they actually took care of me and i would be writing a great review.
Nope.
The leak was still there... the differential ended up locking up on the way to get the fluid.
Then... I find out the front axle is cracked.
So now ill need to spend at least 3k to get it running.
Oh did i mention that they cracked the muffler some where when they changed the catalytic converter and now it rumbles at low speeds.
Yeah that too.
Oh and the roof leaks.
And the radio touch screen does whatever it wants making the radio and navigation inoperable.

Summary: They have a good reputation locally but treat them like any other used car dealer. Their business is fixing up cars from auctions that were in accidents.
Low quality product (faulty car),
Unprofessional and slow service (Joe and mechanics),
Same dealer tier pricing.
Take your money elsewhere.
I bought a car from Joe. The car is an automatic Toyota sedan and had a stalling problem that no one seem to understand, but may temporarily go away by resetting the battery etc. The problem started exactly one day after I purchased it, LAF flaked responsibility every time I brought it to them, saying nothing is wrong when their mechanics try it, claiming to have replaced a part for me with no documentation etc. I am not an expert but I know how to properly operate a vehicle, when the car (an automatic) simply stalls at a stop light, that is not an operator error.
2nd problem had to do with the financing, we worked out an extremely simple payment plan where I pay the majority of the cost of the vehicle up front, and pay off the rest with my NEXT paycheck. That's just how my finances were at the time, very close but not enough to cover the whole cost. Anyways, I have a temporary plate on a piece of paper and let it be known that I will pay off the rest in two weeks time or less (one paycheck). Joe understood and he will have all the paperwork ready...not.
Many times I stop by ready to pay, he doesn't have paperwork ready, so I call ahead at noon in the middle of the week to inform Joe that I'll come after work, I arrive at 4:30 to find the place closed early. It got to the point where my temporary paper license plates expired (one month) and I needed a new temp paper license plate.
Low quality product (faulty car), unprofessional and slow service (Joe and mechanics), same dealer tier pricing. Take your money elsewhere.

I really wanted to give this dealer the benefit of the doubt after reading reviews on other pages. I was interested in purchasing a wrangler and found one that I liked. They did state in the ad that it had a rebuilt title. They responded to my inquiry and emails in a very timely manner. I emailed on a Friday saying I was interested in going to see the Jeep that Saturday, my fiance worked until 2p so we would be driving an hour and a half to get to the dealer.
I then decided to call that Saturday morning to see if they knew why the insurance company totaled the Jeep in the first place. I was told they did NOT know. I was then told that no one would be able to stay to help me if we got there a little later because they had plans with their child that was in town. That is absolutely fine, but that is something that should have been expressed the day before.
I requested a CarFax to see if the accident was listed on there. Well and behold there were TWO accidents, 12/11 & 12/24!
First one the Jeep involved in a rear-end collision, Involving right front impact with another motor vehicle, Disabling damage reported Vehicle towed Airbag deployed
Second the Vehicle involved in a sideswipe collision, Involving left front impact with another motor vehicle it hit a concrete / longitudinal barrier Disabling damage reported Vehicle towed, Airbag deployed.
BOTH accidents it had to be towed. The air bags deployed both times. The ad said a "light accident." Telling a customer you have no idea why they totaled it but then sending the carfax that clearly states why, is not okay. They were all about making sure you don't tell the bank it is a rebuilt title.
If you plan to buy from here, do your research on the car you are looking at. Maybe "R-titles" are your thing, if not be cautious.

Really excellent for me. Looked at a dozen or more Subarus, almost bought a "good enough" one, went here and found by far the best one and immediately bought it. Drove 30 miles home, no problems. Had it inspected by my mechanic, only thing was bad rear shocks which I knew about. Sales are friendly, honest, responsive. I don't know what they could have done better, great experience. Wish I went here first, and next time will.

I've had my license for a bit over a year now and was looking for a second family car to get me to and from school. I ended up here after gut reaction to the superb service provided by Joe. I went in asking for something Japanese, under 100k miles, and under $7k. I was pointed towards a few cars but a 2003 civic ex caught my eye! It had a sun roof and ice cold ac! Only problem- stick shift. We were able to rent a stick from a local car rental company and I was back to pick up the car in no time! Joe was flexible on the price initially but wasn't into the whole nickel and dimeing down the price. When we went back to buy the car, we gave it a thorough inspection a found a few minor problems- dinged windshield, fluids, windshield wipers, ect. Every problem was fixed before we bought the car for no cost! Additionally, we were briefed on what could go wrong with the car and how much they would cost at their garage. Upon driving home, I noticed a taillight was out. Called a few days later- again replaced, no charge. Great buying experience. Great service. Honest and quality place! I highly recommend you buy your car here!
