A1 Auto Sales

The absolute WORST vehicle buying experience I've ever dealt with! My girlfriend and I were on their website and she found the truck of her dreams. We called them to inquire about it and they sent her the form to fill out for financing. The next day everything came back good and she was able to purchase the vehicle. We explained to them (Krista and Katey) that we lived 2 and a half hours away, yet they told us to come on down. So we get there and the truck is sitting out front, even better looking in person. Walked inside and an employee asked if he could help us, we told him we were there to test drive and then buy the truck, and that we were dealing with Katey and Krista. He then told us how he had just sold the truck and the gentleman that bought it was finishing up the paperwork. Katey and Krista were present and both had a cocky demeanor about them. I asked to speak with the Manager, so we went into the office and he was genuinely a decent guy but didn't offer us a reimbursement for the fuel we used or time we wasted, only offered us a good deal on a different vehicle. NO THANKS PAL! He said we never put down a deposit on the truck, which we were never offered the chance too. Mind blowing to say the least about this experience.

Our experience with A1 Auto Sales specifically Scott Henderson was absolutely amazing. His comforting approach and positive attitude was way above and beyond from anything we have had to deal with. He is truly a very qualified person to do his job with exceptional people skills. The show room is stellar and the inventory was quite impressive. Glad we took the drive here today. We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Taher and the crew at A1 are everything that is right with the industry. Incredibly honest, transparent, and helpful at every level. They helped me find what I wanted, rather than what they wanted to sell me. White glove treatment and incredible professionalism. The whole process took about an hour and i was out the door with my new car at a unbeatable deal. I would recommend anyone looking to buy to take the trip and you will never regret it. All the best!

When you go to A-1 Auto Sales ask for Wally. If he's busy wait for him or make an appointment and come back to see him. He's amazing and helped us get into a car we never thought we could buy. Our payment is right where it needs to be and he got us the best financing we could get. Thank you Wally for all your hard work. You're the best!

A1 auto on 3880 valley pike road was awesome. Kelli and Kristi was awesome to work with. They even delivered my 2007 Tahoe to me all the way in Burlington, West Virginia. Thank you so much.
