Buyer beware! Came down from New York to buy a car that Pedro promised me was dent free and in excellent condition. Spoke with him multiple times over a 2 week period to confirm condition of the car before I made the commitment for a 5 hour drive to pick up the car. I arrive to find a good sized dent on the upper rear quarter panel, easily visible for Pedro to have told me about it. The underside of the engine was absolutely covered in fresh oil. Pedro wouldn't budge off the price and kept saying it's a used car. It's a used car that Pedro lied about or didn't care enough to inspect for a buyer coming from far away, even after pleading with him to tell me everything. A quick peek under the car would've revealed the massive oil leak and the dent was easily visible. Don't trust a word this guy says, I walked away and you should too.

I was looking for a used Audi Q5 online under $20,000. I saw that this Maximum had a decent selection so I went in person to check some out on a Saturday afternoon. While I was looking around nobody at the lot approached me so I almost left. But because I saw a 2012 Q5 S-line prestige for 20,999 I figured it is too nice of a car to leave. When I walk in a very nice salesman, Ari Shamim approached me. He listened to my concerns about credit issues and finances. He was patient and tried his very best going back and forth with banks to sell me the car of my dreams and gave a few suggestions on what may help me get it. On Memorial Day after 5:00 pm I left with the most beautiful car that I never thought I would drive during this time of my life. Thank you Ari and Maximum Auto for you patience and hard work.

Edit: Avoid this place like you avoid diseases, because that’s what these people are, leaches. Liars and manipulators. They stole my partners trade in. When from the start he made sure he did his due diligence. But repeatedly was lied to by Evan and Joe. This company is a thief. Stole what was a 6 thousand dollar investment, stole a persons livelihood. For what? An 800 dollar check. And on top of that all the employees we encountered were fresh and disrespectful. Rudely starring. Especially Joe who didn’t even have the decency to look at both of us when we came back for the car, just on his computer acting as if we didn’t exist. Because being a crook and working for a crook is a really hard thing to live up to. When he did decide to open his mouth it was to accuse and attack us but when we asked questions about legality on his part he just avoided answering. When we first came to get the car we were told it was in the shop, next day we came no one was communicating with us and Joe was at the desk right next to us writing up some contract we knew nothing of. Because of all the stress of the situation his(my partners) judgment was clouded and he just wanted his vehicle. Assuming the paperwork was for getting his car. It’s only after he signed it that Joe told us he would be giving us a check. Realize that this is the first car my partners purchased! And throughout the entire thing they didn’t explain a single thing just asked for signatures. They are liars. This will not go away. These people love to talk about contracts and how vocal agreements aren’t agreements at all. However when someone sells your vehicle from under you and the financing wasn’t settled something they did contractually and morally was wrong. In short STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Straight up good experience. Drove 4 hours from Pennsylvania to check out and purchase a 2000 Jeep Cherokee, spotted on Auto Trader. Days before I asked for additional photos and they did provide them quickly via text. Pulled in early Saturday and Evan W came right out, he was very professional and knew what he was there for...to sell cars. It's was pretty busy place on Saturday, but he got us in and out of there in less than an hour. Car was very clean and detailed. They did miss putting some fuel in the car (light on) before driving off, but again they were pretty busy, and plus they are not new cars.

I had a great experience buying my car from Evan. Before I arrived, I was expecting the typical small used car lot. I was extremely impressed and surprised with both the volume of vehicles and the quality. I came in prepared, had done my research on the vehicle and had sorted out my financing, and knew a reasonable figure to ask for my trade in. They met me on all fronts, and conducted a smooth and very easy buying process. I would certainly recommend checking them out.
