Center Subaru

Was looking to purchase a secondary vehicle. I went to Center Subaru last year and purchased our other vehicle. This time around was just as good a good experience, if not better. Our dealer Mike Huber was great! Very patient and understanding of our needs. Had a few laughs too. We found a car we liked with ease, and was in and out fast. Signed our paperwork with James and we should be picking up the car in the next couple days. Such a great experience with these guys!

This was my first Subaru purchase and my first new car purchase. My parents recommended David and Center Subaru. I was originally going to visit other Subaru dealerships in the area. My experience at Center Subaru was a positive one. David provided the same level of service he did with my parents. David worked with me a little on the price and overall I felt like I got an alright deal. I left with a car I really liked and enjoyed driving home. I would highly recommend David and James at Center Subaru.

After owning and driving Volkswagen's for the past 15 years I decided to look into used Subaru's. I decided to check out Center Subaru after noticing they have a large new and used inventory of Subaru's. I had a great experience from the get go. We were quickly greeted for our appointment at the front desk by Miles who called Joe over right away. Joe was extremely professional, caring, and funny. At no point during the sale process was there any sort of pressure. Joe worked to get me a fair trade in value for my Volkswagen. He took his time and explained everything in detail. The whole experience with Joe was 100% transparent which was something I have never experienced before. All my other car buying experiences were less personal and pushy than at Center Subaru. I was in and out in around 3 hours which I felt was very good considering I was trading in a car, test driving at my leisure, and then going through the entire loan approval and financing process.

Joe Kolosky at Center Subaru is one fine guy. He has walked me through all the pros and cons of each vehicle I have purchased at this dealership. He has treated me fairly, has become a friend over the years and I can't say enough good things about him. This is my fourth vehicle purchased through Center Subaru. Super easy every time I go there. I highly recommend Joe and the dealership in general. It is a no pressure atmosphere and the finance guy is fabulous as well. Basically and in and out in a few hours. I would rate Joe at 6 stars if that option existed. Go see Joe if you are shopping for a car. It will be worth your time.

Jonathan, my sales rep, was extremely helpful and patient as I worked through finding the perfect car to transport my elderly aunt. He wanted me to find the right car, even if it meant it might not end up being a Subaru -- he did not pressure me and he was very gracious as I told him I needed to visit competitors' dealerships to make comparisons (yet he knew the Subaru Forester would end up being the perfect car). Greg in Finance gave me great advice (and an education) on leasing. I found Joe, in Management, so trustworthy, as I made this major decision. He made sure I felt A-OK about every detail, whether sales or finance related. His sense of humor was an added plus. James in Finance was a pleasure to work with as he handled my lease transaction. He was so organized and efficient, but happy to field any questions -- his knowledge was beyond his years. At the end, my sales rep, Jonathan, stayed on way beyond his shift to take time to go over the features of the Forester, and even volunteered to shuttle me back from the Hartford Airport, where I needed to return my rental car. Even in the days following my lease signing, the team at Center Subaru has been in close touch with me to make sure I am 100% satisfied. I would recommend Center Subaru without hesitation.
