I had such a positive experience at Crowley Kia in Bristol. Everyone was so polite and helpful while being there. Butch was also such an amazing sales representative, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing, personable and helpful through the entire process. I would recommend all my friends who are looking to trade in or buy a new car to come to Crowley Kia of Bristol!

This was my second time signing for a vehicle with Rob Boyle/Crowley Kia, and it was great again. He's very patient and works hard to get me a deal I'm happy with. I feel comfortable telling him what I like/dislike about each car, and he's flexible in terms of payment plans.

Moved to Ct just 8 weeks ago and got a recall letter on my vehicle. I called and was told it would take at least 4 hrs to be done so I made an appointment. Instead of having me wait all day in their office I was taken home (I live close by) and then picked up when it was done. I had a few questions concerning the repairs and they were all explained so I understood what would be done. The staff was very courteous and friendly and made me feel at home. I am due for an oil change soon and will definitely be returning to have it done. Great staff, great service.

We bought a Chevrolet Spark from Crowley’s last year. POSITIVES: Genuine non-pushy salesmen, ability to get good rate loans with known quality banks. Offers a guaranteed loan if you have proven work history and a reasonable deposit available. Very good and trust-worthy quality cars. Cars valeted to a high level when you pick them up. Our car came with two original fob keys which was awesome as new keys can cost significantly. NEGATIVES: Finance lady was uncomfortably pushy about the extended warranty and this would put us off buying from them again. Had to have dealer plates for a week. BUYER BEWARE: Extended warranty tactics Review: Crowley’s are very friendly indeed from the moment you walk in. The salesman, Josh, who sold us our car when down to earth and not at all pushy and was quite honest about his knowledge of the car or limits to his knowledge. This, I believe, is absolutely worth its weight in gold as we did not feel under any pressure to buy the car. Crowley’s were excellent about getting me my first car loan (I was a Green Card holder of one year) and was able to secure us a Capital One loan at 9.7% which I felt was excellent. They even said that if my loan did not go through they had other avenues to explore and could guarantee a loan of some sort as I had the work history for a year to support my application and a deposit of $1000. When filling out the paper work the financial loan lady was dealing with our loan was way too pushy with regards to Crowley’s extended warranty and simply too aggressive in her approach. This might be problematic for the feint-hearted customer if you do not want an extended warranty. We promptly cancelled the extended-warranty (which was a staggering $2000 on a $8500) when we picked up the car. We were told by the same finance lady that I could not cancel the warranty as I had signed a contract. We quoted the law which says we could, put the cancellation request in an email to Crowley customer relations and to her in a physical letter and she reluctantly agreed to cancel it and we had out money refunded onto our loan account with Capital One in about 4-6 weeks. The car is in excellent condition and a year later we have had no problems with it at all, although Crowley’s did fill in all the highway paint chips on the hood with what can only be described as 'bad paint pen fills' when we picked it up and I am not sure why they did this as this was completed at a poor quality, but this is very a minor point. I cannot comment on their service department as I did not use them.

I was badly over due for a new car, I submitted a request online to look at a used car and was called right away the following morning to set up a same day appointment. Drew met me outside when I arrived and went above and beyond from start to finish to ensure I was satisfied and knowledgeable with my decision. I ended up deciding on a new car and Drew kept my budget in mind and made my priorities his priority. He helped make what is usually a very stressful situation to be not stressful at all. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking for Drew!
