Middletown Nissan

I worked for Nissan for years and know the ins and outs of the business. Their sales and service is the best by far. I retired 6 months ago from the car business and was almost tempted to work their because they were so friendly and honest. Yes, I did say honest because they didn't try to up sale me or convince me that something was wrong with my vehicle,and they didn't even know that I know cars. My wife goes there and is treated the same way. Great spot to shop and have your vehicle serviced.

Purchased my second vehicle from this dealership on Friday. Both experiences have been excellent. They were able to get me approved for my new car when nobody else could, and Renee did an excellent job, and was also fantastic with my children when they got bored waiting on paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership, everyone has a great personality, no pressure sales, and excellent financing department. Edit: Wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. I had a few minor issues with the vehicle I purchased (as is, no warranty) and not only did they fix my issues immediately, they were patient and helpful through my frustration. Highly recommended.

I just got my permit and I’m interested in buying a car soon. I heard from a couple of my friends that the salesman Zermin is great! He fully helped them and clearly explained everything to them, which would be great for me as well as I am a new driver and I would also need a run through. Keep it up Nissan!

I have purchased 15 vehicles from Middletown Nissan prior to this purchase. Without a doubt there sales and service has made our family a believer that great service is not dead! Buying a new car can be stressful especially for a woman by herself but Middletown Nissan made it a pleasant experience. I was treated with courtesy and with respect. Everyone at Middletown Nissan is wonderful and Paulo who was my salesman was a gentleman and true professional. If you go there to buy a car ask for Paulo.
