Overall this has been a very good long term experience working with new country ( our initial purchase experience dates back about 3 or 4 years). We worked with Dean to purchase the car, who was both friendly and knowledgeable about the car itself, which is not something we've always experienced when buying cars in the past. We've had the car serviced several times at the dealership, the communications from the service department have always been clear, and we've been kept up to date about anything regarding the car while it's in for service. We definitely feel this dealership has earned a 5-star rating, for straightforward sales practices, and excellent service from the service department.

I made an appointment for 10:30 and checked in on time for my service. It was a mechanical/system inspection on a used car I bought. The waiting room was very nice and had a TV showing the workshop so I could clearly see when THREE HOURS LATER my car rolled into the bay. It was on the lift for 15 minutes and then I was called to the service desk. I paid and the gentleman told me that my brake pads were in good health and returned my keys, that was all. After I complained the gentleman disappeared then returned with a 3-page inspection packet saying every part and subsystem was in perfect health. My problems are (1) why did I bother making an appointment in the first place, (2) I can’t trust anything in the inspection packet because it was produced after I expressed my displeasure. I’ll be taking my business to another dealership.

This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had and THE WORST car dealership I've ever had to deal with. Besides the fact they CON me into getting into a very bad deal, ie, they sold me a defect product and refused to take account of the issues, they have THE WORST customer service ever. I am not sure what the basis of their bias was, but the bias was so obvious. Is it my color? Is it my social class? Not sure. Maybe they expected me to just take the defect product and not say a word, but they just started to be rude to me for not apparent reason when I tried to have them repair the car that I had just bought from them 2 days ago. Besides, they never answer their phone and they NEVER call you back. Also, if they ask you to pay out of your pocket for a rental, they will try to NOT refund you.

Drove 45 min to my service appointment only for them to tell me that the guy wasn't there and they were closing. I told them to give me a loaner because I seriously don't have time in the week or ever bc I am too busy to do this again and they said that the loaners they have are for other people. So you screw up my appointment ( not my fault) and then can't resolve the problem? That's bad business...and then make me not feel valued by saying all the cars are for other people...who clearly are more important. I used to love coming here. Never coming here again. I can't believe Mercedes did this.

Great experience purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned E-350 off my lease. Joe and Tim were great to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend New Country.
