These guys are awesome. Helped me get into a car within a week after being told in several dealers that I could not get approved for a loan without a large amount of money down. Rich the sales/finance manager is the guy that helped me out, great man and really goes out his way for you. Tatiana the office manager is very sweet and is awesome at what she does as well. Mike, the general manager is great. I literally seen this man go out his way to make sure vehicles are running sharp before being given to their new owner. GREAT PLACE TO CAR SHOP, DEFINITELY BE BACK IN A FUTURE.

Highly recommend Empire Auto- friendly staff. Great inventory - all ranges and prices. Rich and Amber were excellent! Rich is a subject matter expert in special financing and has deep resources as well as years of experience to tailor each customer's needs, no matter how easy or complicated the credit history or financial situation. This dealership is also not just for difficult credit- they have a large inventory at comparable market prices.

Entire experience was AWFUL! I am SO glad I did not purchase any vehicle here because if they don’t follow through with a sale I can only imagine what the service would have been like afterwards! Drove an hour up there for an appointment to sit and wait while the salesman tried to figure out what he was doing. A total of two hours there and NOTHING accomplished. Shame on this establishment! Any place that allows their employees to smoke while showing cars is a NO NO! I’d stay FAR away from this place!
