Everything always well explained and people are friendly. love the new little fridge and better snacks! Only thing to make it perfect would be better coffee station! I truly appreciate these things since I am usually coming home from my hour commute from work. Thank you for making these appointments easy and convenient.

Sales team, especially Taylor, was very patient. Wasn't sure what I wanted, but in the end we made a great deal on a new Sentra. Had a good time at the dealership, even got an extended test drive. In the end everything worked out well. Wasn't rushed at all, even though it took me three days to make up my mind. Car was detailed beautifully and Taylor brought a danish. Good stuff.

This place was great. The service staff was very helpful and the building was clean. The price was great and they did my oil change very quickly.

Went for a 2nd Lease with Crowley, I really couldn't choose a better place! Treated us like family and got us the best deal possible and answered all of my questions... We also, got a fantastic cupcake to enjoy along with my new 2018 Rogue. Thank You Marjorie, Darren and Jonathan for making our visit to Crowley a great one!

Wow, where do I begin? Dana, Wayne, Darren, Gretchen and Jason thank you so much for impeccable service. This is our fifth Nissan vehicle with Crowley at the Bristol location, Bill and I consider you all like family. We are always greeted with a HUGE welcome, hug and updates on health and family. We always experience patience as we research, ask questions with receiving very knowledgeable answers as we test drive vehicles. In addition to after the sale, the Service Department is also exceptional with the maintenance of our vehicles and very accommodating with service hours. We thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts from the day we walked into Crowley Nissan years ago, to continued business, most of all great relationships with Crowley Nissan in Bristol.
