Papa's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

They are family owned in the community for a very long time. Every single positive review they have listed here they definitely deserved and earn!! My jeep died a couple weeks ago so I was using a rental which got to expensive and I knew I was going to need a new car soon. Both of the sales associates, Henry and somebody else were very helpful to me and my fiance. Very good customer service all around and definitely showed they wanted to earn our business. No hard pushy used car sales tactics either, just upfront and honest pricing and told us everything which will be covered in their limited warranty and what wouldn't. They let us shop around and browse, checked on us enough times but not too much to make us feel pressured. The financing was upfront and honest and no 'tricks' which we just had pulled on us by one of their other local competitors. Papas Dodge is very professional and they have excellent customer service and sales people to help you find the best vehicle for what you need! We will be telling all our friends, families even neighbors about our wonderful experience here!!

Our experience with Garry was tremendous. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the level of service he wanted to provide. Garry engaged us from the time we met to the end of our car buying experience. We would come back to see Garry for our next Jeep purchase even from a far distance. Would also like like to thank Frank and Ryan for their high level of customer service during our time at the dealership.

This is a nice and huge dealership. They have their own little diner and barber shop in house for while you wait. We worked with Ali Riley, who was a pleasure to work with. He patiently went over options so we could make an educated decision. We also took a bit of a break to discuss things, my husband and I, and we’re not met with opposing, high-pressure sales pitch to make a decision right then. We will be back! We drove an hour to get our vehicle from them and will return for our next deal 😊 Want to mention Mark McDonald, the finance guy who was wonderful to work with as well. No funny gimmicks of thousand back and forth to get your payment down. Thanks guys!

I went to Papa's this past weekend for information regarding a new vehicle and spoke with Gary. He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I understood all of my options and made sure that I was taken care of and was 100% happy with my purchase. I feel Gary went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend Papa's Dodge and Gary. I felt like I was part of the family during the whole process! Thank you Papa's Dodge staff and Thank you Gary!

Needed a van real quick for my business contacted Bob at Papa's Dodge he found me a van very quickly gave me $1300 more than every dealer i went to offered me for my trade. Got the deal done real quick and kept my business rolling for me. Very happy with Papa's Dodge. If you are looking for a motorcycle go there and ask for Bob Serra :)
