Gengras Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I have wanted a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for years. My husband went to see one for me this week and before he even got in for a test drive he told me how much he liked the dealership and Dustin, our salesman. He bought my new car within 2 hours including test drive, pricing, paperwork, everything. Today we went to pick it up and I could immediately see why my husband was so impressed. Everyone was so nice, willing to help, gave us space when we needed it and attended to every question even though the sale was already made. Dustin continued to take me through the whole car again, set up my phone, my radio stations. I've been in sales before and I can smell a slick salesman from a mile away. Dustin was patient, pleasant, understanding, and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be going back!!! UPDATE: Just went back in to have my hard top switched to the soft. Again we received amazing customer service from our guy Dustin plus Evan, Jose and Corey. Seriously the best ever! Thank you so much guys!!!!

Our sales specialist Evan was very intuitive and listened to what it was that we actually came in looking for. He wasn’t pushy and allowed us to go at our own pace throughout the decision making - always reassuring us that he would be available for any questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail making sure that we were confident in our decision. Evan was also able to take care of all the paperwork for us so that all we had to do was come get the keys and I was able to drive right off the lot! Easiest process EVER. (and I LOVE my new Jeep Compass!)

I brought my car in for my brakes and had a great experience at this service department. The staff was great. Very helpful. There was a gentleman there named Luis at the service counter that was wonderful with helping me with what I needed to know about my car and all of the work that was going to be done. That was good to know that someone was there to take me step by step of what was going to be done or needed to get done to my car. I will definitely send my friends and relatives there.

Today I had a great experience working with Christian at Gengras Jeep! Christian was upfront and honest while working to ensure that I received the best price possible. He was personable, patient and answered all of my questions with care. The experience as a whole was stress-free and I will certainly be recommending this location to others who are looking for a positive car buying experience!

I had a great experience working with Devin Booth! We worked together for a few months to make my dream car happen. We were in constant contact and coming up with different ways to make it affordable at the price I needed to be at. He was consistent and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase! I highly recommend him!
