Gengras Volvo East Hartford

I recently purchased my sixth Volvo from Gengras in East Hartford. While in most cases buying a car is stressful this is never the case at Gengras. Reilly was super friendly and very helpful with my lease turn in. Lisa Hanson was very friendly and helped me to find the perfect car for my needs. She was knowledgeable and fun to deal with throughout the car buying process. Lisa took time to explain the differences in vehicle models so I was sure I was getting what I needed and avoid getting things I didn’t need. If you have had a less than perfect car buying experience you need to try Gengras Volvo. The service department is second to none as well. Always a positive experience.

I purchased a pre-owned car two weeks ago and this was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. As a woman, it was delightful to walk into a dealership and conduct a transaction with a fantastic, professional female sales representative (Lisa Hanson - definitely ask for her!) who was backed by an equally amazing female sales manager (Reilly Silvia). I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for my next car, and would recommend Gengras, Lisa, and Reilly to anyone who's in the market for a Volvo!
