By far, the best and Greatest place to ever do business when looking for a Vehicle. Myself and my family would never consider going anywhere else. One stop shopping, at its best. Great people to work with, knowledgeable, attentive, and just First class through and through. UPDATE: 5/13/2018 Just purchased a new Lexus ES350, lease residuals are really good. Karan was once again spectacular. Hoffman Auto group, only place ill ever do business with.

Tom Ryan was fantastic. He was very personable and professional and never once did he pester us with unlimited calls as other dealerships have done, which we had walked away from.
I would highly recommend Tom and the dealership as everyone we dealt with had made this a positive experience all around. I would definitely be a returning customer from now on

I’m incredibly happy what I bringing my car for service to Hoffman Lexus East Hartford.... comfortable atmosphere... VERY professional staff, always help and answer every question... they are all about customers, that’s what I love... I am most times with Mikki, she is amazing.... just because of service I love to stay with Lexus, no other car.....

Let me start off by indicating that what I am about to say is the main reason I refuse to go to big dealerships. I called a week in advance for an appointment at 3pm, and when I arrived on time, there were many Hoffman employees there, but quickly realized no one was giving me directions or offering to help me. A guy eventually came over and tagged my car in and told me to wait by my car. So, I waited, and waited, and waited, standing next to my car for about 20 minutes. It’s too bad they didn’t ask me to wait in their hi-tech lobby where I could have been helped faster. Maybe if they had, they’d have gotten 2 stars. But I wasn’t invited in there. I was finally greeted by Matt, the guy sitting at the desk in front of me watching me wait. He apologized for the wait. At 3:31pm, I finally told him my car was over heating. My normal mechanic said it was a sensor but he didn’t have the proper safety tools to work on my hybrid, hence why I had to come to the dealership. I left the car with Matt, and I left him with my husband’s phone number to call instead of mine because I informed him I was going to work and wouldn’t answer. Surely, 1 prompt hour later, Matt called me instead of my husband. After their 1 hour and $150 diagnosis, they told me I needed to replace my entire engine for $20,000. They had no desire to repair my car, only to persuade me into give them money. It’s actually kind of sad that this dealership played into the stereotype of only trying to make money, instead of directing me and helping me with this process. Now, thanks to the lack of help I received, I not only have a broken car that I have to somehow drive my children around in, but have to figure out where to get it fixed. Thank you for the zero assistance and support, and hopefully anyone else coming to this dealership with a problem has a better chance of solving their issue than I did.

The service is Top Shelf. You're treated more like a guest than a customer. They are less expensive than their competitors. My opinion is that they are the gold standard
