Hartford Toyota Superstore

I went to Hartford Toyota earlier in May. I was greeted at the door by Leslie. He came inside with me and we sat for some time and discussed what I was looking for and my options. Leslie was very knowledgeable and kind enough to answer All of my questions without getting frustrated or tired of them, because there were many! We test drove a car and we talked about features. When we got back I explained what I did not like about the car and my concerns. Leslie immediately said "then we must try something better for you". I explained that I travel for work and am in my car all day. I let him know that comfort was so important because of this. We found another car and it worked out great. Leslie was very attentive and patient with me, as I hesitated to sign anything without 100% understanding of what I was doing. He explained to me multiple times and was very calm and reassuring and he took the time to explain why he thought something would or would not work for my situation. Marc was honest and knowledgeable and made sure that you also understood what you were signing before you signed. As my first car buying experience I would tell you how fortunate I was to work with an Amazing team. People that did not make me feel like a bottom line and were willing to make the experience a great one. I Highly recommend working with Leslie, especially if you are nervous, or don't have much experience with buying or leasing. His attitude and willingness to work with you and inform you puts you at ease and he never pushes anything. He let me come to all the decisions by myself but provided information so that I was confident in my decision.

I purchased a car from Hartford Toyota a few weeks ago and just have to say that the service is outstanding. Aaron Hall was the best he listened to what I wanted and needed and really delivered everything I asked. I could not have asked for better service. So to Aaron and all the other sales/finance managers that I talked and dealt with I truly thank you for giving me what I wanted and doing it with a smile and understanding. Definitely recommend Hartford Toyota Superstore for anyone in the market for a new car.

My wife and I were very pleased with the attention that all of the employees gave to us during our experience in buying our 2018 Toyota Highlander at Hartford Toyota. Everyone was eager to help us with our issues (color, ride, understanding the lease calculations and operating features). I've gone back with additional questions on the Entune system and the many controls and features, and was well attended. There are some features in our 2005 Sienna that are not in the Highlander that I'll miss. Overall quite pleased with our experience.

Tony has been helping my family buy cars for a very long time. He always looks for the best deal/car and honestly suggests the best option for each driver. I can ask him questions and receive honest and helpful feedback. He is very knowledgeable about his work. All of the other employees that I have came in contact with (Bo Myta , Luis Martinez & Alex Hodges) have been very friendly, helpful. I would recommend Hartford Toyota to a family or friend.

Simply the best!! All the salespeople are very friendly and eager to help you. Of course they probably just want to make the sale. But you never feel pressured or like that's their true motives. Or at least they really good at acting and don't let on, letting you know that's their main objective. But this is still a very good dealership and gave me great financing too so yes, I will DEFINITELY recommend Hartford Toyota Super Store to anybody who wants. And also they give you free oil changes and services to your vehicle if you buy from them. Just don't get the Rav 4 though because it rides really kind of bumpy. But maybe you like it anyways and just test drive. The Camry was the model which I got, the one which I would recommend the most. Great fuel efficiency!!
