This is a great place they have fantastic people working here. I got a decent car, I knew I didn't have great credit but I still got a car. I found my experience here to be a very positive experience because of the sales people that work there. They are really a team, and they build each other up. When I was there, the members of the staff broke out some drums, and music it was great live entertainment.

I had a great experience here at the dealership. The service department was very knowledgeable and took my vehicle right away for services. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and child friendly. I definitely would recommend using Barberino dealership for all your needs and services.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I went in to look at a truck they had for sale. They waned to do a soft credit check to see how my credit was. We couldn't make a deal on the truck due to price. No big deal but then I see on my credit report the applied for financing and even got a letter from them in the mail explaining my application. I NEVER GAVE THEM THE PERMISSION TO APPLY FOR A LOAN. STAY FAR AWAY

This dealer is a big scumbag, from its Sales Dept to its Service Dept !! I spend my precious 20 minutes here to warn other car buyers: don't come to this dealer. Don't waste your hard earned money in this despicable dealer. I bought a car from them several years ago, the salesperson raised price from their listing price without my knowledge. I found out that later, but it was too late. If I knew I could report them to CT Dept of Consumer Protections, I would definitely do it. Or at least I should report them to Better Business Bureau. The car I bought from this dealer has so many problems. I have to come back to its Service Dept to fix it very often. They always let you sign on a paper first, but they did not tell me what is that paper for. That is a trap! Every time after their technicians checked the vehicle, I had to spend lots money for their techs to repair it for me, otherwise they will charge me a high price just for the diagnostic, because I had signed on the paper. This is the worst dealer ever!!

My recent car purchase here was a breeze, Chris is the most easygoing individual that wants to see you happy just as much as you do. He doesn't keep any secrets and will tell you anything if you just ask. "T-Rex" (the sales manager) did everything he could for me to make sure i got the absolute best deal i could possibly get, and in my eyes, i did. I cannot thank these guys enough and would totally recommend Barberino Nissan to anyone looking for a new car. UPDATE, the car i had just purchased had some issues that were unknown by both the Barberino and myself. I brought the car in after getting an evaluation to see what was wrong and they handled everything. Buying used can always to stressful but thanks to Ed Mitchell, Gary, and Darnell, this went as perfect as a I could have imagined. Make the right decision and go to Barberino when looking for your next car.
