I recently leased a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from Lee Partyka and I had an AWESOME experience! I have been searching for the perfect dealership to lease my brand new car as I believe that you should have a great relationship with a dealership when investing your hard earn money into a new car. After having unpleasant experiences at 2 other dealerships, I decided to try Lee Partyka and I am so glad I did. I first called in and was connected to the Internet department and talked to Jeremy. He truly listened to what I wanted in a car and assured me that I had chosen the best dealership after expressing my past experiences. I scheduled to come in that afternoon to meet with a Salesman to review all the details that were involved into leasing (as this was my first time leasing) and to decide which CX-5 trim level would work best for me and my budget. My Salesman was Wayne and he was FANTASTIC! Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive! He called me before my appointment to introduce himself and even met me in the parking lot when I arrived at the dealership. We sat down and he answered all my questions and made me felt comfortable and confident in leasing. He even showed me two trim levels to truly compare the cars to decide what would work best for me. When we test drove the car, he explained all the features in great detail and I knew this was the car I wanted. After crunching some numbers, I agreed to lease the car. I wanted a specific color and package which was not a problem to find. I had to wait a couple of days for the car to arrive but it was worth the wait. In the mean time, I would frequently ask Wayne last minute questions and he always answered. On the day of picking up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see my car on the lot with a bow and a sign congratulating me on the new car and welcoming me to the family. Now that was something that Wayne went above and beyond for and I truly appreciated it. After more paper work and a full tutorial of the car, the car was mine to drive and I could not be happier, I love the car! Thank you Wayne for such a great experience! I also want to mention if you are looking for a new or used car at a dealership, it is OK to shop around and to not settle for anything less than a great experience where you feel comfortable and all your questions are efficiently answered. I just wanted to share with you my first hand experience with their "service excellence" . After the service was done (oil change)and my car was brought out front for me to go home, I noticed that the car smelled heavily of burnt oil. When I complained about the smell, in which I was supposed to drive home for 26 miles, to service advisor, she just said that little bit of oil must've dripped on the engine. After opening the hood of the car, I noticed that the oil cap was completely missing, and oil was spilling all over the engine. This oil cap was found by customer service consultant that was called in, but only after bunch of oil was spilled all over the engine. If I didn't bother checking under the hood, and drove home like that, in the best case there would be huge damage to the engine due to oil starvation, and in the worst case car would burn down after that oil spill catching on fire. In the end the customer service consultant was very kind and fixed this problem

The best possible service from the moment we came. Our sales consultant Izear was very knowledgeable, patient, wanted to understand and meet our needs, and also very friendly and nice. He took care of every aspect of the sale process in a very efficient manner. We were looking for a specific color of the interior and exterior and the dealership staff - John Greene, Pat Ferraiolo and Izear Hogan III worked together to get us what we wanted and did it smoothly and quickly. Jeremy gave us a lot of information before we came, and quoted a good price and Robert guided us smoothly through warranty options and other paperwork. Overall - we are very happy with the whole buying experience and we enjoy our new car!

I feel Robert is the best of the best with customer dedication and , efficiency, knowing his stuff, and having exceptional people skills; I have worked as a teacher and in customer service, and I give Robert straight A+s, as does my father! I loved the 2016 Chevy Malibu rental, and in three years or so, hope to work with Robert again when I come back to buy another car, as I keep my cars about 10 years. My car was repaired beautifully once again, as Andy, the outstanding mechanic did a few years back! My car is nearly 9 years old and in great condition! I'll keep it another several years! I definitely got my money's worth. I have driven this car a lot of places! I'm very happy with it! I've been quite pleased with the service I got from Chevrolet, in Hamden over the years. A shout out of kudos to Andy the mechanic as well!

My family and I have purchased several vehicles at Lee Partyka over the years, so even though I live in NYC I still returned to work with Turk, one of the sales people on purchasing a new Traverse. We ended up finding our match at another dealer, but not after Turk and the crew there worked very very hard to get us exactly what we wanted (there were only 2 of this color/trim combo in the northeast). Needless to say, I spoke with several dealerships in the NYC area and Lee Partyka is a cut above the rest in terms of working closely with their customers and working hard to give the client a fair deal. They are much more responsive than anyone else we tried to work with. I commend Turk especially for dealing with all my back and forth, even though we did not get the car from them. If my wife wanted the Red color, we would have bought from them, it happened that she wanted the Black Current. Anyhow, many thanks to them, I hope this review serves to help others looking for a good dealership.
