Route 69 Auto Sales and Service

Great dealership, bought a beautiful used car for a great price. Rob is awesome, service was quick and process very easy and well explained. Owner Michael is down to earth and a great experienced person to work with. Would recommend to anyone in CT! We drove over an hour to go there and it was well worth our time.

I am giving one star because the sales person I dealt with was very nice. The owner on the other hand was awful and rude. When we pulled up the lot was full and we had to park in an adjacent lot. We were told they were busy but had plenty of sales people inside. I walked in to see several customers sitting around waiting. Several sales people were there but did not acknowledge me until I asked somebody if they were a salesman. He replied yes and called over somebody else to help me. He was very kind and pleasant. I saw a car online that looked like it met all my family's needs but I was told that was sold. They have a person that works solely on updating cars on their website but apparently he does not remove sold cars. We went outside to look at the cars and I said I really didn't want a car that was all dented and scratched with high miles. The owner got very nasty with me and walked away. My husband was looking at other cars in the crowded lot and heard him mumbling in anger about our interaction. Extremely unprofessional. Inside the office he was yelling at people, very rude, and seemed like a loose cannon. Stay away from this place. They will tell you they only get cars from affluent areas and the previous owners have taken great care of them. All the cars I saw, in my price range or not, had scratches, dings, dents, and some even rust. Don't waste your time. Good news: I found the exact car I wanted, low miles, perfect condition and better price than I expected, elsewhere.

They have good cars and awesome prices. Do NOT let the conditions fool you that its junk. I tried out a car. Loved it. Told me that there would be brand new tires, brakes, ect

Stay away from these scumbag scam people. They only care about taking your hard earned money. Owner has an attitude and does not treat customers with any respect!

These guys are awesome...Dave sold me a great vehicle conveniently priced to buy and I love it! They'll work within your budget. This place has been around for a long time for a good reason!
