I bought a 2012 vw Passat sel from national auto broker in 2016 About t 2 months later I was having trouble stopping i took it to the vw dealer to get a brake flush and oil change They told me the brake and rotors where new but who ever put them on put brake grease on the face of the brake so when the brake and rotor heat up I cause it to not grip Plus found out that the steering rack it broken I called N.A.B the owner told me I need to get a second opinion and they would not even fix it I would never recommend them to any one They are crooks What I know now if I knew then I would have called the bbb on them.

Can't say enough about Lou and the guys at national auto brokers.i bought a car from them,and a month after the warranty expired,it had a major engine problem.they weren't obligated to do anything,but they replaced the motor!! THEY care about their customers,and I'll go back to them when I'm looking for another car
