I was driving through the area, looking for a replacement vehicle after mine died unexpectedly - not being from the area, I wasn't familiar with this dealership, but was pleased by how helpful Gerald was in speaking with me and showing me vehicles he had in his lot. He was very courteous, no pressure and no games - just wanted to help me out to find the right vehicle. Although I eventually found a vehicle local to where I live, Gerald followed up to make sure I was all set and wish me well and to let him know if he could help me in the future. New England Auto World can be trusted to do the right thing for its customers, judging from the quality of the genuine people like Gerald they have - I highly recommend seeking him out if you are looking for a good vehicle with no games.

I was very pleased with the service I received today. Gerald treated me with great care and was genuinely concerned with my car desires, he went above and beyond and although the car I went to see sold last night he worked to show me every car that met my financial budget. If that was not enough he sought the suggestion of his colleague Hector and I got the same superb treatment all over again. Great customer service!

They gladly took my 6 year-old car and I drove away in a 3 year-old car with less than 40,000 miles and warranty for a great deal. The staff was friendly and welcoming and Abel Piazza did everything he could to make sure I had the help I needed. He also communicates well if you have questions over the phone.
