I am a 24 year old female. I bought my first car at 15 and my second car at 18. When I tell you I had an easier time buying a car then than I did going to Napoli kia, it's sad. I have the money to buy a car and because of my age and sex I was rushed out by the worst salesman. He didn't talk to me about any of the cars I was looking at. On my test drive her wouldn't answer any of my questions. And once in his office he gave me 7 minutes before he shoved me out the door. Want even going to give me his business card. I can tell you right now, I was ready to drive home with a car that day but never ever in my life have I been so disrespected. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They don't deserve the business.

Truthfully, I'm on the fence about this place because a) I liked the salesperson and b) he did get the price of the Acura we purchased lowered from the advertised price but c) the fees didn't need to be as high as they were because honestly it brought the price back up and d) in under a month we are having to replace the transmission. ok, maybe I should have given it 2 stars

I went here today for a 2008 Honda Fit sport that was listed on their website. I called prior to coming in and when I arrived I was conveniently told by James he “can’t find the car anywhere.” Turns out the new owners of the car came to pick it up today. I don’t understand how they can keep something listed on their website and blatantly tell me to come look at it even though somebody else was already in the process of picking it up and it was already bought by someone else. Poorly managed. This place was a complete waste of a 45 minute drive!

Had a horrible experience here a couple years back. Salesman put my name through a bunch of banks that he should've know would not approve a loan for me and made my credit score drop dramatically for 3 months. Very unprofessional.

The car is great. But it took six months for them to properly register the vehicle after I was pulled over for driving a non registered car. Now its been over a year and I discover they still have not released the proper documents so that DMV can release the title. The only response I can get from them via email, chat, or phone are invitations to purchase a new car- they clearly do not have any interest beyond the sale. I will never go back.
