Friendly staff and great service. Great place to rent a violin. Workers measured my child's size for the violin and also showed us how to take care of the instrument and bow. Thanks!! We will be back

Great place to rent violin! I took my niece here last year to rent a violin, and the violin and case were surprisingly clean despite being a used rental! But after a few months, she accidentally dropped the instrument. So we took it back to the store, and we were given a replacement for the time being, and the instrument was repaired within a week. We didn't even have to pay a fine because we just bought the insurance, which is really low priced. I was just surprised with the overall nice service and quality of the experience! Very nice! Staff is very friendly also my niece likes going there.

My friend recommended this store for my little girl who wanted to start play a cello in middle school. I went there with my friend, who also has middle schooler thinking of starting a new instrument as well. It was crazy inside the store when I got there because of so many people but it was worth waiting!(both of us waited like 20 minutes..) They have good deals and instrument was in good condition even though it was used one. I know I asked so many questions and asked for some other things but I was actually pleased by staffs’ attitude. I saw them working while waiting in the line. They seemed very tired of many customers but always gave smiled each person and were being SUPER NICE to everyone. Also there was an older guy (I think he was the owner) and he was very polite too :) So I highly recommend this store if you are looking for renting an instrument with happy service and price!
