Returned a violin on 6.20.2017 and I am still being charged. No manager to speak too, customer service have been called 3 times and email with return receipt. Go elsewhere.

Have had several years of good experiences renting instruments for my children, but don't count on really being able to use the "credits" they say you are building up towards buying a quality instrument down the road.

I really like my son's guitar instructor and it's a pretty decent set up, but the Oakton store is much nicer. The equipment prices are OK but it pays to shop around.
