The gentleman at the front was nice and accommodating (he's why there is 1 star), but the music "expert" was rude. He has a way of talking down to you. Dont even remember his name and don't care to know it now. Make sure you know EVERYTHING about everything, before you go in and have to ask a question. I felt completely stupid and embarrassed when I left. Will never step foot in that establishment again.

I spoke with Bran multiple times in an effort to secure a limited edition guitar which he no longer had in his store. Not only did he find the guitar and bring it back to the store, he spoke with me several times during the process of cleaning and testing the guitar. In the meantime, I was getting cold feet and decided to play a Rickenbacker, only to find out that the neck was too small for me to play. Bran went through a lot to get the guitar ready to ship but when I called him to cancel the deal, I was expecting a disgruntled owner. I found him to be grateful that I had cancelled before he had it shipped and very understanding in dealing with my impulsive purchase of a guitar that I couldn't play. He refunded me my money immediately and was extremely pleasant and professional the entire way. To have a store owner give you that kind of service and kindness is very unusual in today's society. I wish I lived in VA so I could deal with people like him more often. He is a gem.
