Sam Ash Music Stores

The staff was incredible. The guitar tech Collin was very well informed, and super helpful. The guitar specialist Josh was friendly and, despite being very busy, made sure to give me great one on one service and help me in every way he could. The manager Sarah was very pleasant to work with and went out of her way to make sure I left the store happy with my purchase. Five stars!!!

They have good stuff, the prices are okay. My only real complaint is that you cant walk around and browse without like 8 employees asking you if you need anything. I get once or twice but I had to walk out because every time I'd look at something, I'd get interrupted by staff.

Sam Ash on Broad Street is a great music store. Their selection, pricing and service are fantastic, and their repairs are second to none. I HIGHLY recommend this store!

Every single time I go in there my usual go to guys smile, give me handshakes and let me do my thing. But always make it clear that they are right around the corner if I need them. Sarah and Jeremy always go that extra mile and then some to make sure I have the best deal possible. I don’t go anywhere else locally for my gear and hardware. And to top it off if I sell some gear back to them I know Keith and Buddy have me covered. They all know my kids and treat them just as cool as me.

Steve and the store manager always go above and beyond to cater to my musical journey. Every question gets answered. The store in Richmond VA is the best. I travel all the time and I make a point to visit Sam Ash stores in the areas I visit. They out shine them all..
