Friendly enough staff, good alternative to GC and Sam.Ash as this store carries some cool stuff neither of the big chains do.

Stay away from this store and their warranty program. When they sell you a rental, they won't even let you know that there is an option to not add it. Gabby, their store manager, was selling to me and when I said I didn't want it, she said it was very easy to cancel and if I changed my mind, I could come back and do it the next couple of days. Well I did want to cancel and when I got back they said, "Oops you have to call customer service and have them mail you a form to sign." So I did but the mail was "lost" so they sent me the form as an email and told me to return it to the store. Well it has been about 1 month (dropped it off Sept 28) since then and when I called customer service recently they told me they haven't received anything yet from the store. They are currently sending me another form to sign, and told me to mail it back to corporate directly. I'm sure it won't get lost this time.

Amazing customer service. Gabby helped me out and she was absolutely phenomenal. Great selection of instruments and is now my new go-to music store.

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! I haven't seen such courtesy and warmth in any other store in a while. The teachers are fantastic and the guitar lessons are going great! Can't imagine going anywhere else!
