The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, the prices were great. I compared the prices to what was on Amazon and got a better deal. Definitely one of the best Music stores I have ever been to.

Great guitar i got from them. And excelent customer service too. There were alot of guitars !!!

I took my guitar in because the input jack and a knob were loose. They were really friendly and fixed the input jack while I was there, and took my guitar to another store to get the knob fixed, and took it back to the Springfield store. They called a couple times to update me. I didn't have to do any traveling from store to store. And when I picked it up after a couple weeks, they didn't charge me anything.

The employees are knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. If you are looking for musical instruments or accessories the selection is extensive. Taking lessons there is easy and their instructors are excellent. All around an great place to shop!
