Chic Underground

I love the food here and have ordered quite a few times. DELICIOUS! My issues come down to the service. I try to order from work and have to call multiple times for someone to even pick up the phone. The owner is very nice but the service is not good. It's disheartening because I really want to support their business.

Great place for a date night with friends and good food! Happy hour is until 7pm and drink specials all night! Only bad part is they ran out of certain food items because they sold out! The manager said everything is made from scratch so I’m sure things go very quickly! My guy and I had fried green tomatoes and gumbo for an app. I had fried chicken wings, collard greens, Mac n cheese and cornbread dressing with a peach martini, my guy had fried chicken breast and waffles. Everything was on point! Friendly service and great vibes throughout! We will be back!

First time visit to Milwaukee and found this place online. My husband and I were excited to try out the food from the photos. When we arrived on Sunday around 11:15am, the place wasn't open. The hours on the website says brunch starts at 11am. We are disappointed that we drove to this location and not open. Oh well, we are giving another place a try for brunch.

I'm not much of a fan of Chic Underground. Poor food and Poor customer service. Not to my mention when they hire different bands for entertainment instead of them advertising their own event they expect the band to do the advertising and ask people to come out and they don't even pay the band for doing the advertising. Overall, the bands that they hire does awesome shows.
