La Taguara

As a Brazilian, I was very excited to try this place. The basis of food are similar: rice, beans, steak and vinaigrette. But the taste is very different. Is incredible things that you can do just seasoning. I had a sandwich with deep fried platanas instead bread. I don't remember the name but it was amazing. It deserve your visit for sure.

Place was great! In Wisconsin for work and decided to try something new. Staff was super friendly and took the time to explain some of their dishes. Food was fantastic and the portions more than adequate. If you’re tired of standard lunch fair, this place is something you should definitely try. Actually having a parking lot is a big plus too

Very worth your try! Seasoning was very unique and it caught my taste. I like it. Food was very fulfilling and I can't say more except I will try them more often and master their menu! Service was not that bad too.

Small little building that is easy to miss, but don't! ...we walked in and looked at the menu and i had no clue what any of it was and was just going to order rice and was feeling super defeated but we got to the counter the owner explained everything so well and I think my Venezuelan roots must have been unleashed and I felt an instant need to try all of it... Everything we got was amazing and I will be going back. :)

Went there couple days ago with my boyfriend after work. It was 8:48 when we got in and after ordering the food we noticed that they close at 9 but the service was still super friendly and the food was super fresh! I’m vegetarian and sometimes can be hard find good food but the Arepas with eggplant taste just as good as the meat one! Delicious and fresh food!
