Chick-fil-A

Ordered grilled chicken nuggets to go. When I got to the hospital I had fried nuggets. Really had a taste for grilled. Oh well. They were good anyway.

One of my favorite places to eat. The staff is always very courteous. The drive thru lane can be long at times but usually goes pretty quick. When you go inside to order the line moves quick and your order comes very fast. You can also save time by using your Chick-Fil-a app to save even more time.

Today I took my sister, who hardly ever gets to eat at a Chick-fil-A, to enjoy a meal. However, that is no where near what we experienced. Let's begin at the door...... We were welcomed into your store. I went to the restroom and had her place the order. There she listened to a disagreement between two employees while taking our order. We sat down to enjoy our meal and conversation. We did not get what we ordered. Another employee fixed the order. Brought it out, apologized and continued on doing her job and helping customers. She opened her (now right) sandwich to find a HAIR in her food. This time I ask to speak to the manager, ( very polite young lady). Upon telling her about the experience she took our ticket and refunded our lunch. Will we go back to this particular store? Probably not. GOD bless each of you and may your day be filled with wonderful experiences.
