Great place to bring kids. Food is good and fast. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The best fast food place to eat at in Columbus.

Waited for an in-store order for 10 minutes. 8 people working outside of the actual kitchen, including a manager, with 1 person operating the register. Sticky counters. Very disappointing. Expect this from other fast food establishments but thought CFA had higher standards.

Usually very friendly. However. Today I ordered food for my kids. By mistake, I thought we didn't get our kids' nuggets. When I realized it was a mistake, I was honest and took them back. Dianne, the manager on duty, just said right in front of me, "just throw them away" with a snarl. Most rude person I've ever encountered. I really hope somebody in management over here reads this and retrains her. After supporting this store in particular since it opened we will reconsider dining here if she's working.

The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. They have mastered the art of small talk and really make you feel welcome.
