Chicken Express

Pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and was asked to wait a minute. I sat there for nearly 20 minutes. A line of 5 vehicles formed behind me. They all gave up and moved on. I did too and without a word from the employees. No explanation, no I'm sorry... nothing. These kind of problems speak loudly about the quality of service a restaurant is providing. If the restaurant is overwhelmed by a Sunday lunch crowd, so much so that you cant even place an order at the drive-thru, I can only imagine the quality of the food. I would suggest raising the pay you offer your new hires. Better pay will provide incentive to provide quality service. Imagine if the profits from your restaurant weren't enough to allow you to eat at your own restaurant, would you really care about providing customer service? Would you really care about work ethic? Pride in your work commiserates with pay for your effort.

Generally speaking they're pretty good food and service but the Paul's valley, OK location @exit 72 off I 35 is the absolute worst! Food tasted freezer burnt and like it sat out for 2 days prior to purchase. I've honestly had better from a truck stop deli.

The food was good everything was fresh except our okra was cold. I had asked for a roll and was given a bisket. Service was very poor. An employee was sitting at other tables eating with their friends may I add did not wash his hands after, chatting amongst each other so loud we could hear them cussing, and a few of them didn't even have on a uniform. I really like the food but the crew made me not want to sit inside and enjoy my food.

Food was good and quick. Service was poor and not polite at all. "What do you want?"

The manager here was so helpful and nice, even though he'd had a bad day! Food was great!
