First let me start by saying I love Canes chicken! However today, we came to the mall location, it was nice and the cashier was very friendly. When we received our food, my husband found a hair in his food. It was obviously not his. So we glanced to the back and the guy dealing with the food did not have any net on, his head or beard. So it just may have accidentally fell, I understand how that happens but if your dealing with someone's meal you should be cautious of this. I take the food to the cashier, talking low, I let him know and show him. He was very nice and understanding and asked if I would like to have it redone or just refunded. Since it was my husband's, I walk back to him to see what he wanted to do. When I came back the manager was walking out with the cashier, cashier smiled and pointed to her(manager) and said she will take care of you. So I say I would just like to do the refund. She looks at me blank and says what are you talking about (kinda rudish) So I tell her what happened, she asked to see the food, I tell her I gave it to the cashier, she said oh ok and then starts to do the refund. I look back and see the guy is still not wearing any nets. I kindly mention this to her (or at least I thought I was). She tells me it's mandatory for them to wear nets and he might have just taken it off for a minute. She seemed upset towards me and very off puting. Well, a few minutes later I look back and see him still not wearing a net. Really!?! So she may have just ignored my concern, I was just trying to help her out, cause I'm sure most people don't like finding someone else's hair in their food.

I don't partake in the food it has milk, butter, and is fried. But my husband and 2 kids love it. The store is clean. Employees are friendly.

Visited the mall location on 3/1/15 just after 1 PM and it was lovely! The food is of a higher quality than I expected and the staff were all friendly, attentive and willing to answer questions their food to a first-timer. Manager on duty was top-notch and sold the product well. I am officially a Cane's fan and will be returning.
