The Chicken Shack

This is the best chicken I have ever had!!!The chicken was so moist...not greasy at all. I hate white chicken because it is so dry and this chicken was dripping with juices! The crust on the chicken was so light and crunchy! The Okra was amazing! They have indoor and out door seating and some beer on tap more in cans! Loved the atmosphere and the staff is so friendly! We definitely will be going back and soon! Seriously you want some good chicken get to this place!!!!

This place was very clean and had a really up beat atmosphere. The people that work here are very nice and very helpful. The food is to die for. The chicken is so juicy and has great flavor. I'm not a big fan of okra, but this okra is so good. The cold slaw is really good and so are the potatoe wedges.

Met VIP #1 & #7 this evening at the chicken shack. what a fun place! Live music and good Chicken....among other things like the steak and prime rib. almost felt like I was back in the Hill Country of Texas again.

For out in Luther, OK the experience was nice. The atmosphere was inviting and it wasn't that difficult to navigate to. As for the service, it was very young and at times it felt that way. The staff was pleasant, but I had to ask for everything I needed. The food was a solid 4 stars. The chicken was as good as you'd expect. I have had it better a few other places, but this was very tasty. It was pretty salty, but I personally didn't mind that. The skin was crispy and the meat was juicy. As for the surf and turf, it was a little underwhelming. The smoked tri-tip had very little smoked flavor, and it was a little tough. The fish was a little soggy and a bit floppy. But overall it was a pleasant experience.

Monday's is 1/2 price on the 15 or 24 mixed piece chicken, no sides. Chicken taste great. Very fast service. Very clean inside and bathroom, Thanks
