Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Raising Cane's is so delicious. We dont have one where we currently live so when we were visiting family, we had to take our chance and eat there. The special sauce is amazing and I always get an extra one. And I love getting their lemonade too.

So after sitting in the drive thru waiting area for ten plus minutes (they said five), I called the store and they were like “oh we thought you’d driven off.” Seriously? I was sitting where I was told to wait. No sauces come with chicken strips, you have to pay extra. After waiting for extended time they should have been invested in turning a negative into a positive experience by at least offering a minimal coupon. It’s just good business. Their naked bird strips were dry and almost cold after waiting. There are way too many other chicken places in Oklahoma City for them to do customers this way. #wakeup

For the first time ever, I received poor quality chicken strips from a Raising Cane’s restaurant. My food is never quite right at this location. This time, strips were over cooked. Dried out and parts of the strips were not edible. Just not what I expect from a restaurant based solely on chicken strips. $19 order ruined.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru only to get home and have a box with fries and sauce only!!!! Called and the manager Linda said she would mail a card for a free box combo!!!?? When I got upset she said I'm trying to mail you a card for free food...ummmm NO you are trying to mail me a card for food that I paid for but didn't get!! Horrible experience so next time I will just go to Chick Fil A!!
