Great food. The manager seemed to not be a people person. The crew was fantastic so I would definitely go back.

It's ok if you really want chicken but too lazy to cook it yourself. Be ready to wait a looooong time and get cold chicken after your wait. It will leave you wondering what the heck did I wait all this time for!

This was the most terrible experience at a Chicken Express I have ever had. My order for a family dinner of 25 piece tenders, took over 20 minutes, no apologies, just sour faces (they def don't want to be there). That's not the worst. The chicken was flavorless, batter was really soft almost mushy. I will have to stick with the Chicken Express in Moore because they always get it right and their chicken never goes uneaten in my home when I get it from there.

We love this place! Have been there many times. Dining area is extremely casual. All my food has tasted like chicken.

Tuesday special! Was great for years. Always one leg, one thigh - $.99. A year or so ago, price went up to $1.29 and I get (on a triple order) six legs, no thighs or five legs, one thigh. Not so good. I complained once and they fixed it. But after the third time, I'm just going to be done with this place. Plus, it's always like the whole kitchen is amazed that anyone is showing up for lunch and would order food. Wait time is crazy. Even going inside is no help. A four minute wait estimate ("just put more chicken down") turned into a twelve minute wait. Typical here.
