Chili's Grill & Bar

HORRIBLE. The place is not clean, at all, and the service is not good. Filthy dishes and the staff is unprofessional. The establishment has roaches. ROACHES. Everything is disgusting. I’ve gotten a peek at the kitchen and it is not clean by any means. I was absolutely disgusted. DO NOT eat here, there are nicer, cleaner, friendlier and more professional places to dine at.

I chose this location tonight for hotel convenience and arrived at about 5 'til 7. Walked in the front door and sat at a high top table in the bar. I saw about 5 servers circulating around the bar dining area. Some walked right by me multiple times without a word of acknowledgement. I waited until about 7:15 and left without a word from anyone on staff. I drove straight to Acapulco Mexican restaurant on Green Springs Rd. and had excellent service and food. I'm pretty patient but if things are really busy I at least like to be acknowledged. I've had many meals in restaurants much busier than Chili's was tonight so I'm going to attribute this to a training failure. It will probably be a while before I return for another try at this location.

The food is almost always delicious and the wait staff is almost always fantastic. Their burgers are delicious. The southwestern egg rolls are flaky but crispy and sumptuous when they're fried perfectly (maybe 90% of the time I've ordered them). Try them as part of a triple dipper and get some of their classic appetizers. Oh I just remembered from the other day... Regarding the "almost always" ... lol. We ordered the triple dipper including boneless wings with That sweet and hot chili glaze. They were pretty terrible. They were dry and unappetizing and unfit in quality for a home cook to serve his or her family to pinch a penny... let alone a restaurant to its customers.

I entered around 845 pm, was quite empty, because I was solo I was asked to sit at bar, but wanted a table, with some minor attitude was put at a table in the bar area, which was fine. Service lacked even though there was only 1 other table there, I felt more of annoyance than a customer. Food was good.

With a small lunch crowd, it took 15 minutes and me asking for a server to take the drink order. After the food order was taken, it was 31 minutes before the food was served. Drink refill was wrong and by this time it wasn't worth talking about. I'll just take this restaurant off my list of dining preferences.
